LAVINA AT YOUR DOOR See It. Feel It. Check It. Then Pay.

1. Place the Order Customer selects the article, size and quantity and places the order.

2. Courier Charges First The customer pays the courier/delivery charges in advance.

3. Parcel Delivery The parcel is sent through LAVINA’s courier service under Open Parcel COD, where the courier service permits inspection.

4. Open & Check Before Payment At delivery, the customer may open the parcel and check:

( Article/Design – Size – Color – Quantity – Overall Condition )

Whether the received product matches the booked order

5. If Everything Is Correct The customer pays the product amount to the courier.

6. Size Change If the customer wants a different size, LAVINA can arrange the size accordingly.

7. Article Exchange If the customer wants to change the article, the exchange will be adjusted according to the price of the new article:  Higher-priced article → customer pays the difference.

8. Customer Doesn’t Want the Product The customer may return the product to LAVINA without hesitation.
